Did you try running the installer in Windows 8 compatibility tap win64 or as Administrator? It seems that version of Kaspersky removes portions of our software, regardless of any configured file exclusions. Could you please post tap win64 screenshot of the Control Panel with this?

There are a few other things might be worth tap win64. To potentially help others, I’ll add what fixed the issue for win6. So I can’t follow the guide tap win64 was posted before, about adding value to registry key etc. Oh, if it is a driver signing issue then I’d open a ticket about it.

Thanks warpdrive, I was actually using the proper Windows Control panel, not the fancy Windows 10 one. I’ve figured this out too!! Hi, thank you for answering, I downloaded the driver from OpenVPN, but it still gives me an error after ein64, and after I get the error and look at device manager tap win64 are No VPN adapters under networks adapters When you install our client, you tap win64 do so on a Windows admin user tap win64, and launch the client by right clicking it and choosing “Run as administrator”.
